Please contact us immediately via 014-2389172. If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order it may be possible to make changes. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use PosLaju/J&T for all orders in Malaysia. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout.
Once the shoes are ready to be posted, we will send you the tracking number to your email.
Standard Delivery: within 4 – 7 working days*
*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Malaysia. Orders placed and confirmed by 12.00pm hours will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
*Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All of our parcels undergo strict quality checks before shipment. We will not be liable in an event if the box received is not in a desirable condition as it is subject to courier’s handling.
Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. Complete the checkout process to ensure you get your item(s).
