Return & Exchange Policy
Atzlea strives to offer quality products and hassle-free deliveries to our customers across Malaysia. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your order:
- Unfortunately, we only accept exchanges/returns as refunds are not allowed.
- To be eligible for an exchange or a return, the purchased item:
- must be in the same condition as when you received it,
- must be unworn or unused,Â
- the tags must still be intact
- the item must be returned with its original packaging
- the original receipt or e-receipt must shared as proof of purchase
- To proceed with the exchange or return, you can drop your request at aar.prima.sdnbhd@gmail.com with the subject, [EXCHANGE / RETURN].Â
- Please be advised that exchanges or returns are free in the event that the purchased item is defective. Otherwise, shipping charges are borne by you.
- Once our team has performed their due diligence, we will notify you of the status of your request. If successful, we will ship the new order to the original shipping address.
- However, unsuccessful requests (eg: returns that do not meet our policy) will be declined. The original item will then be returned to you at your own cost.
- Please note that an exchange is only allowed once per order for the same item and is subject to stock availability.
- Atzlea reserves the right to do an exchange by way of giving you a refund via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of the company.

Damages & Issues
- We strongly encourage our customers to inspect their orders upon receiving.
- Should you identify any defects, or receive the wrong item, do contact us immediately so that we can do our due diligence and rectify the situation.
- All of our parcels undergo strict quality checks prior shipment. As such, Atzlea will not be liable in the event the received parcel is damaged as it is subject to the courier’s handling.
