Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped soon as the order is received. We will email a tracking number to you once your item(s) is packed and ready for delivery. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your parcel.
Once your parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handled by the Delivery Courier.
Standard Delivery: within 4 – 7 working days*
*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Malaysia. Orders placed and confirmed by 12.00pm hours will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

We use PosLaju/J&T for all orders in Malaysia. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
