1. Return or replacement product only meant for damaged product in their original packaging or condition within 7 days after shipment, together with your original receipt OR proof of purchase.
2. If the product received were damaged during delivery process, please contact us as soon as you have received the product.
3. Please take note that, any product cannot be returned or replaced after 7 days of receiving.
4. Refunds will only be issued by cash refund of exact amount of product exchange (same or above the purchase price) if the purchased product is out of stock.
5. Replacement process only begins after we have received and completed evaluating your return product. This process may take 3 to 5 working days after product received.
